In order to confirm the diagnosis, after accomplishing the histological technique of routine (HE), the materials obtained in the excisional biopsy were directed to the Pathology Service of the São Vicente de Paulo Hospital (HSVP) for imunoistochemical examination, using the marker for the S-100 protein.
