Crown reconstruction and cosmetic recontour with direct composite resin in anterior teeth: case report

Abstract

The improvements related to composite resins and the adhesive techniques to dental structures have made possible to enlarge treatment options. The aim of this study is to review and discuss these treatment possibilities and describe a case report. The total reconstruc- tion in an upper central incisor with direct composite resin and cosmetic recontour in the other upper incisors and canines were made in order to rehabilitate teething esthetically and functionally.
