Abstract

This manuscript reports a case of a nodule in the dorsum of tongue in which the main hypotheses of clinical diagnosis are neurolemoma, granular cell tumor (GCT), neurofibroma, fibroma, hemangioma and lynphangioma. The authors present important considerations to establish differential diagnosis, histopathological features and treatment ofthis lesion whose definitive diagnosis was GCT.
