Abstract

Oral rehabilitation through removable partial prostheses has a social role, once it reaches the majority of the population, in a country where partially eden- tulous people do not have resour- ces for more complex treatments. Removable Partial Prostheses with Rotational Path of insertion are indicated in esthetic cases, where the clasp retainers are absent, avoiding the negative effect of the conventional removable dentures, and ensuring the mechanic retention and preser- vation for the support structures. Two clinical cases are showed in this work, where the patient's esthetic requirement and the low cost of this treatment were important for its indication.
