Anterior primary teeth damage is the most frequent finding in Pediatric Dentistry Clinic, being a consequence, mainly, of rampant and nursing bottle decay. Despite primary teeth show a limited time in the oral cavity, its restoration (when necessary) is of fundamen- tal need for the child, both in the psychological aspect and for its functions, such as mastication, phonetics, esthetics, swallowing and for the development of dental arca de and occlusion. The aim of this study is to discuss the metho- dologies and materials used in the esthetic rehabilitation ofthe ante- rior segment in the primary dentition; as well as the advanta- ges and disadvantages that each class of material offersrmaking easier the choice of the material according to the situations __Downloads
