The aim of this study is to describe a conservative option before a clinical case of intrusive luxation in primary dentition. Clinical and radiographic follow-up for two years has evidenced a favorable dental eruption. It is also emphasized the importance of a conscious and safe professional approach for the solution of the challenges of alveolodental traumatism in pediatric clinic.Downloads
