Brief Notes on a Possible Constitutional Legitimation of the Regulatory Action of the Contemporary National State

It seeks to analyze criteria of state regulation to give it constitutional legitimacy and verify possible patterns of activity of the contemporary national state that make it possible to adapt to the CF/88 and the analysis of some layers of exploitation of human rights and the aforementioned legitimation of how the manager can act in accordance with constitutional values. It deals with the importance of the adequate exercise of judicial protection in people's lives and possible reflexes of public regulatory systems in everyday life, as ethical standards of the exercise of Public Power need to be verified from legality filters. The guiding thread of the research is presented in the search for compatibility of the role of the State as a promoter of human development to achieve, in concrete, the fundamental objectives of the republic.
