Regarding the historical issue, which is not merely conventional, what we are going to explain below is consistent with the primacy of peoples with their own physiognomies who had their historical course interrupted. However, from afar they may represent mere exceptions, however, they illustrate a práxis of internal power that seems to corroborate an equivalent autonomy, perhaps maintained by a set of improvisations that had to be repeatedly readjusted when still conditioned to fulfill the individualities that made up each locality, in what we could suggest at the time was a kind o regional neighborhood.
