Este texto é um breve ensaio que aponta algumas leituras críticas sobre a permanência do elemento autoritário e militar no texto constitucional de 1988. Apresenta situações atuais que demonstram como esse autoritarismo de Estado segue sendo praticado. Afirma a urgência em romper com essa configuração institucional da democracia securitária legada do período ditatorial e recusa a paralisia político-social diante dela.Downloads
