Law security in the protection of the interests of vulnerable people

Abstract

Law security is essential for a stable life, and it is certain that it demands, far beyond predictability, the effective protection of fundamental rights. Thus, the aim of the present paper is to demonstrate that, even if predictable or calculable, a legal environment is far from secure if it does not materially protect the rights of all, especially those who are in a situation of helplessness. To fulfill the mentioned desideratum, the study is based in qualitative research; being used the deductive method in a critical perspective. The conclusion settled that the law security does not just advocate only in favor of the economic capital, but, also, and above all, for the vulnerable parts of society.
