Abstract

As a result of the legal transformation of the Federal District to Mexico City, the first Constitution of Mexico City was issued to the considered federative entity, and in the same letter a means to guarantee human rights (HR) was established provided in the same and a double instance jurisdiction for its protection. Due to the importance of this issue for the country, this article develops an analysis using the analytical-descriptive method and the analytical jurisprudence method is studied the application of this new jurisdiction, which allows a protection, a priori, more expeditious than the “amparo” trial.
