PortuguêsAbstract
Procedural inequalities do not always manifest themselves as a result of social income inequalities. In some procedural situations, it is necessary to use procedural instruments to compensate for inequalities to promote equality between the parties due to inequality of representation. Thus, civil procedural legislation provides for procedural compensations related to procedural deadlines or the initial and final terms of counting deadlines. In some situations it is necessary for the interpreter to use, as an interpretation vector, the value of equality to balance the compensations already positive. The jurisprudence of the Superior Court of Justice is used as a research element to prove the fulfillent of this need for interpretation.
