Previously studied, the work Jurisfictio, and its intersections between Law and Literature, was presented in our Philosophy of Law course, “From the Pyramid to the Network: Studies on the legal system and the dialectic of François Ost,” as part of the Internationalization Project - PIPRINT of PUC-SP, in partnership with the Belgian jurist, philosopher, and playwright François Ost, professor emeritus at the Université Louvain-Saint-Louis, to undergraduate and postgraduate (Master's and Doctorate) law students during 2023. The aim, through Ost's sharp and erudite reflections, was to offer students philosophical insights into traditional legal problems, mobilizing transdisciplinary legal consciousness through the creative utopia of legal tales. Revisiting the teachings given and as a product of the successful research, the book Le Congress Et Autres Contes was published by Editora Lefebvre Dalloz. Juridiques - Paris, 2024. Presenting the work as a thought experiment in a legal laboratory is the object of this article. The methodology employed is hybrid, of a descriptive-bibliographical-explanatory nature, with the application of Aristotelian Topics for constant questioning.
