Abstract

The relationship between healthcare and computing is increasingly in evidence. Watches, smartphones and several other devices are used in order to provide patients and health professionals with the monitoring of health-related information, providing greater control over their health in a practical and agile way. The purpose of this paper is to present the proposal for a vaccination system that provides a vaccination booklet in a computerized form and whose main focus is the user. In the development, MVC structure concepts, heterogeneous database and user-centered design concepts are approached, demonstrating how they are structured and the benefit of adopting these methodologies.
