Removable partial denture with lock attachment (MK1)

Abstract

A removable partial unilateral conventional denture offers to risks of aspiration or deglutition to the patient. This work consists of two clinical cases that they had been used the attachment system called MK1, associated removable partial denture as alternative for the patient who desires a prosthetic that gives similar security like a fixed denture, with the advantages of a removable denture, the hygienic cleaning of the prosthesis.
