Cervical spine injury associated to facial trauma

Abstract

The authors comment the main types of cervical spine injury that can be associated to facial injuries, mentioning the mechanisms of the injuries, diagnosis means, necessa- ry care in managing these patients, pointing out the importance of a fast and accurate diagnosis, ha- ving in mind the prognostic of the patient.
