In daily practice of dental surgery, the limitations of radiographic exams in getting images of nonerupted teeth are fairly known, and the general practitio- ner can use some methods of radiograph localization for diagnosis and treatment planning. The objective of this paper was to present Johnson’s, Temporo-tuber, Langlais’ and Donovan’s methods of radiographic localization, mentioning their indications, technical procedures for correct execution and radiographic interpretation.
