Abstract

The authors present a literature review discussing the relation be- tween headache and the presence of retained third molars. The importan- ce of this argument is related to the fact that many pacients look for a dentist in order to investigate if their headache could be related to odontogenic diseases or retained third molars. Key words: headache, retai- ned third molar, referred pain.
