Abstract

A report of a prosthetic and surgery therapy of a moderate Class Il I defect using augmentation of the deformed residual edentulous ridge with the "Roll Procedure" developed by Abrams (1980) is presented. This technique was selected because there was enough adequate soft tissue on the edentulous area. The disadvantage is the postoperative pain on the palatal donor site during the tissue repairing time. Key words: connective tissue graft, residual ridge
