Clinical treatment of anteromedial articular disc displacement without reduction

Abstract

The temporomandibular joint internal derangements have been managed using a variety of nonsurgical techniques. The literature is very rich in descriptions of these techniques, most of them showing some degree of success .. It is the purpose ofthis paper to discuss the use of mandibular repositioning appliance in the treatment of the anteromedial disc displacement without reduction.
