Use of CarisolvTM system for decayed dentin removal

Abstract

This review deals on the pro- perties of the chemical-mechanical system CarisolvTM, prioritizing its mode of action, working time, use of anesthetic solution during den- tin removal and the patient’s sa- tisfaction following the treatment with the product. With the analy- ses of these items, it may be affir- med that the action of CarisolvTM system in the process of decayed tissue removal is satisfactory thus, indicating its use.
