Abstract

The aim of this article is to report a clinical case of gunshot wound, in which a projectile rea- ched the left hemiface, penetrated laterally to nasal cavities, crossed the maxillary sinus and lodged in the inferior face of the temporal bone. Key words: gunshot wounds, tem- poral bone, therapeutical approa- ches.
