Abstract

The use of the indirect techni- que using light-curing composite resins shows an alternative for aesthetic-functional resolutions of large coronary destructions in pri- mary molars, mainly for reducing the clinical time with the infantile patient. This article reports the case of a 7-year-old patient who presented endodontic treatment and large crown destruction of ele- ments 55 and 65. In the treatment plan we opted for indirect resto- rations with composite resin. The elected material was Z-100 - 3M and Enforce for cementation. After 6 months of clinical and radiogra- phic control, the result was satis- factory, mainly for functional and aesthetic performance. Key words: primary tooth, inlay, composite resin.
