Aim: The aim of this study was to report a clinical case of salivary duct cyst in the palate of an adult patient. Case Report: A 27-year-old male patient, leucodermic, presented with a pigmented lesion on the hard palate—round, well-defined borders, asymptomatic, and soft in consistency. An excisional biopsy of the lesion was performed, and the removed specimen was stored in a container with 10% buffered formalin for histopathological examination, confirming the diagnosis of salivary duct cyst. Recovery after surgery proceeded without complications, and the patient was monitored for one year without recurrence of the lesion. Discussion: Salivary duct cyst in minor salivary glands is an asymptomatic and rare condition in the palate, typically affecting individuals from the sixth decade of life onwards. Conclusion: Dentists should consider salivary duct cyst in the differential diagnosis of palate lesions, an uncommon pathology in young patients, with a clinical appearance very similar to other pathologies, especially mucoceles.
