Objective: To report a clinical case of anterior esthetic rehabilitation using ceramic veneers and an implant supported crown in the esthetic zone, highlighting digital planning and careful material selection. Case Report: A 41-year-old female patient presented with esthetic concerns due to buccal displacement and fracture of an implant-supported crown on tooth 23, as well as dissatisfaction with the color and shape of adjacent teeth. After clinical and radiographic evaluation, treatment included gingivoplasty, placement of a new ceramic implant-supported crown, and ceramic veneers on the upper anterior teeth. Digital smile planning and a diagnostic mock-up allowed previewing the final result and improved communication with the laboratory. Tooth preparations were conservative, limited to enamel. Veneers were made of lithium disilicate (MT-BO, GC) with an average thickness of 1 mm, cemented using an adhesive system and light-cured resin cement. The implant-supported crown was made of multilayered zirconia to ensure strength and esthetics. Conclusion: Smile harmony improved significantly, with regular gingival contours and natural integration between teeth and restorations. This case shows that successful esthetic rehabilitation depends on detailed diagnosis, digital planning, proper material selection, and careful clinical execution. Combining ceramic veneers with an implant-supported crown, when well planned, can provide predictable, natural, and long-lasting results, restoring both esthetics and patient self-confidence.
