Abstract

The torus palatinus is an alteration of common developmental and its surgical removal is generally indicated when trauma on the lesion occurs or when it causes interference on the confection of dental prosthesis. The authors report two cases of surgical removal of torus palatine to confection of dental prosthesis. They discuss the different types of incision which cam be used in the surgical technique as well.
