O movimento operário e sindical em Passo Fundo (1900-1964): história e política

Este artigo tem o objetivo de analisar o movimento operário e sindical em Passo Fundo de 1900 a 1964, salientando que o objeto de estudo são os trabalhadores urbanos e suas organizações. Para tais propósitos, enfatizam-se as principais diferenças e similitudes entre o processo nacional e o regional, sobretudo no âmbito político, e pondera-se sobre as principais correntes político-ideológicas presentes nos sindicatos locais.
