El presente escrito tiene como propósito analizar de manera teórica y reflexiva las etapas de la migración venezolana desde el año 2014 hasta el 2025, para ello se realizó una exhaustiva búsqueda de información tanto en los instrumentos jurídicos nacionales e internacionales, como OMS, ACNUR, UNESCO, OEA, así como las estadísticas y aportes de organizaciones. Es preciso indicar, que este ensayo es un capítulo de la tesis doctoral: El desafío de la migración venezolana en el contexto de los derechos humanos en Latinoamérica, del Doctorado en Derecho Internacional Público; Mención Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos. De allí que se concluye que la migración venezolana es un fenómeno a nivel global, sin embargo, no obstante, en Venezuela se ha experimentado una cifra alta, ya que en los actuales momentos, se contabilizan casi 9 millones, según cifras de la Organización Internacional para las Migraciones.
