This article investigates cultural synesthesia as a theoretical and experiential construct that articulates the interconnection between sensory perception and the construction of cultural meaning. The approach is structured in an analytical journey that moves from primary sensations to complex cultural experiences, highlighting creative intentionality as crucial mediating factor. Establishes the epistemological bases of cultural synesthesia, proposing its conceptualization as a transdisciplinary phenomenon. It is argued that, analogous to neurological synesthesia, cultural synesthesia describes the evocation of associations in disoarate cultural domains from specific symbolic, narrative or practical stimuli. Regarding what is felt and experienced, the trajectory is traced from fundamental sen sory perception to the emergence of collective and structured cultural experiences.
