An academic essay for the management of fresh water: a brief overview of the scenery of the city of Rio de Janeiro

Abstract

The present academic essay aims to bring up the issue of the urgent need to discuss water management on Brazilian soil, from a legal perspective. It also aims to bring a proposition about the three-dimensionality of the law, whose core is water, as a finite good and that needs an effective protection, either by the State or by the entire collectivity of consumers. From the methodological perspective, the type of exploratory research was adopted, based on the literature of the subject and in the current legislation.
