The relation between the alteration of property in the north rio-grandense with the colonization starting of “Colônias dos Coqueiros” (1928) and “Xadrez” (1938)
Abstract
This article is resulting of the completion of course work in History by the University of Passo Fundo. Starting of the analysis of the initial formation of the Farm of “Coqueiros” in the second half of the century XIX, until the start of the colonial lots fragmentation in the first half of the century XX, we pretend discuss how the colonization influenced the alterations and the fragmentations of properties that occurred in our space cutout, that is part of the current county of “Coqueiros do Sul”, Rio Grande do Sul. These alterations of the property configuration of land are discussed starting of the deeds of farms measurement – decade of 1870 – and of purchase records, sale and sharing of the colonial properties.
