This article addresses the challenges and pathways for the union organization of transnational teleworkers, a category experiencing exponential growth driven by the development of information and communication technologies. While transnational telework expands the labor market, it also imposes barriers to the formation of worker collectives and conventional union activity due to geographic dispersion and social and professional isolation. This study explores these issues using an inductive and dialectical methodology, incorporating bibliographic and legislative research. The article proposes solutions for the formation and operation of collectives within this category, such as global digital networks, virtual platforms for assemblies, and international union campaigns.
