The aim of this paper is to develop a critical analysis of the coloniality of the Indigenous Land Time Frame Thesis in Brazil. The article aims to analyse the hypothesis that the Frame Thesis is a coloniality project that is unfinished and an ongoing process in contemporary society in Brazil. A deductive method is used to conduct a dogmatic and comparative research based on a decolonial approach. This paper uses the Taunay-Ipegue Indigenous Land concept from the Terena Indigenous People in the Estado do Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, as a decolonial filter. The research is justified because the decolonial filter is an important mechanism for decolonising. Finally, as the results achieved through the investigation, the paper claims that the Time Frame Thesis is a coloniality project that is unfinished and an ongoing process in contemporary society in Brazil as a domination process into the dimensions of time, power, being, and knowledge, and it harms the indigenous people's autonomy and survival.
