Nowadays, legislative movements are seeking to align the criminal prescription in Brazil with the parameters established in comparative law, reducing the recurrent incidence of the institute in niches of crime, such as white collar crimes. In this context, it is made the analysis of bills in progress in the National Congress that propose changes in the initial term of the prescription of executory pretension.
