Contribuições da pedagogia de Darcy Ribeiro para a educação jurídica

In this article, we analyze Darcy Ribeiro's contributions to Brazilian legal education. Initially, we will understand the challenges, criticisms and utopias faced by Darcy Ribeiro in the context of the Brazilian university system, focusing on his trajectory as an intellectual who designed the University of Brasília (UnB). Subsequently, we will point out how its pedagogy can contribute to the strengthening of legal education in Brazil. Therefore, we start from an interdisciplinary perspective, carrying out a bibliographic and documental analysis on the investigated theme. Therefore, it was possible to conclude that Darcy Ribeiro's pedagogy can contribute to the methodological and epistemological strengthening of legal education, especially with regard to the inseparability between teaching, research and extension, humanizing, emancipatory, plural, interdisciplinary education.
