This article deals with the articulation of the theme of teachers at the beginning of their careers and a training course. This production focused on the experience of the teachers participating in the course. The aim of this article is to understand how the training practices instituted by the course trainers enhance collective teaching learning. We took as the object of study the master's research of one of the teachers, regarding her training process. Based on the Bakhtinian perspective of doing science, seeking to uncover the truth-pravda of the singular, the proposals produced in the course are presented. Considering the gaps in public training policies in Brazil, the participation of these teachers at the beginning of their careers in a training course aimed at this stage of teaching was fundamental in helping them face the challenges present in everyday school life. We conclude by the urgency of creating training spaces that meet the needs of teachers at the beginning of their careers.
