This study aims to identify the Implicit Conceptions of students who are enrolled in the Natural Sciences – Teacher Training participating in a Teacher Initiation Program regarding teaching-learning processes during the pandemic context, resulting from a reflective analysis of the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) of a municipal public school. To identify such perspectives, it was conducted an action research on a qualitative perspective, and the reflective writings’ analysis was anchored in the content analysis. The theoretical framework of Implicit Theories on teaching-learning was applied, highlighting the Direct Profile, in which learning emphasizes the reproduction of knowledge focusing on the teacher, and the Constructive Profile, indicating the active student participation. We understand that the reflections provided in this time-space contributed to the subjects to share the school's intentionality regarding the teaching-learning conception documented in the PPP.
