This article discusses about the Internet Revolution and the symbolic models of a new rationality of control, cohesion and social surveillance based on the use of algorithms by governments that promote the solidification and improvement of a technopower. The study was carried out from a literature review in the legal, sociological and philosophical areas in order to achieve its objective regarding the verification of the impact of a disruptive transformation not only in the constitution of a new capitalist form, but, mainly, in what we understand by rule of law. For this reason, it is questioned whether the “era of digitalization of life and daily” would be immune to attempts to establish a rule of law now confronted by the Internet revolution. As a result, the research brings reflection and an invitation to confront a self-colonizing Technopower.
