Dialogues between non-school education and pedagogy: an experience of participation

This article is the result of a research that aims to investigate the possibility of, through participatory pedagogical management, articulate the construction of meaningful pedagogical practices in a non-school education space, which translate the collective construction of a pedagogical project for the educational space. in which the Recreate Program takes place - the empirical field of study. The methodology used was characterized by a qualitative approach, in view of the participatory and propositional character of the research. Therefore, for its conduct, the action research method was adopted, as it offers the necessary conditions for a collective construction. The research subjects formed a group of people, which was called the “Recreate Program Committee”, who met to engage in a participatory dialogue and build the pedagogical project for the establishment. In this process, it was noticed that dialogue suffers its contradictions between silences and empowerment - which are verified from the various places occupied by the set of members that make up the Recreate. Finally, as a result, the study indicated that it is possible to think, collectively, significant pedagogical practices for the Recreate Program, setting objectives, intentionalities and modes of action that seek to promote the integral formation of human beings, one of the purposes of non-formal education.
