Physical education in high school reform
a problem of curricular justice

This article aims to identify and understand the main considerations present in the specialized literature about the implications of the New High School Education for school Physical Education in the light of curricular justice. A qualitative research of theoretical and bibliographical was carried out in order to verify and analyze the available literature on the subject. The analysis shows that the High School Reform produces different curricular injustices. It is understood that the New High School policy favors and intensifies the conditions of possibility for the denial of school Physical Education as a right linked to basic education and integral human formation, configuring itself as a problem of social and curricular justice.
