Participatory Class Councils and the contributions of educational guidance

The article presents a bibliographic review on participatory class councils and is justified by the relevance of the Educational Counselor's practice in the school environment, based on constant communication and mediation with the school community. It aims to understand the contributions of Educational Guidance to participatory class councils in Basic Education through a bibliographic review on the subject. Four dissertations that discuss the theme were analyzed. The results point to reflections about the consequences of effective participation in class councils and the important role of the Educational Advisor as a dynamic agent in these spaces.
