This study aimed to investigate the contributions of a Pedagogical Atelier as a teaching strategy to promote children's participation in the construction of their learning in multigrade classrooms. The research came from a State of the Art that used the following keywords for the selection of articles in the SciElo database: “Atelier Pedagógico”; “Atelier”; “Child Participation”; “Loris Malaguzzi”; “Education of the Countryside”; “Education of the Countryside and The”; “Multigrade Classes”; “Multigrade Rooms” and “Teaching Strategy”. Finally, the theme is innovative and should be deepened with practical research in order to enhance the relevance of the theme and ratify that the child must be seen as a subject who has a voice and time.
