Collaborative teaching from an inclusive perspective plays a fundamental role in promoting equality in the educational environment. This study comprehensively examines the existing literature on collaborative teaching from an inclusive perspective, aiming to understand predominant practices and identify gaps in the educational context. Conducted through an integrative literature review, with sources searched in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, qualitative data analysis was employed to systematize the information. The approach of collaborative teaching is deemed essential and promising for the inclusion process. However, challenges such as the lack of adequate training for teachers, shortage of time for collaboration, and insufficient public policies hinder its practical implementation. Therefore, it is crucial to recognize and overcome these obstacles to ensure effective implementation of collaborative teaching.
