Abstract

This research has the goal of proposing a set of educational practices based on creative learning to develop the digital literacy of adolescents undergoing oncology treatment. Creativity and technology workshops were developed with young people undergoing cancer treatment, developing participants' digital literacy in various educational practices. Data was collected through daily writings, and recording the participants' production, and analyzed according to the methods. The results demonstrate that the proposals promoted the development of digital literacy, with elements of creative learning as an essential part of the process. Thus, it is understood that creative learning and digital literacy were appropriate perspectives to act in the educational assistance of young people undergoing cancer treatment, as they enabled the development of broad skills and knowledge based on the experiences and digital culture of which the participants are inserted.
