The article aims to reflect about the notion of human welfare that evolves to the promotion of health and the adequacy of social life, which necessarily suggests an epistemological change. It proposes Art Therapy, in the scope of ethical-aesthetic education and integrative and complementary health practices, as a possible theoretical and practical reference for the promotion of people's well-being in pandemic times, which exposes social fractures marked by economic inequality, by exclusionary, racist and prejudiced practices in dealing with human life. Thus, in a first moment, the theme of ethical-ethical education in favor of health is contemplated, so that the human being can be thought of in its entirety. Next, in order to enhance such reflections, we add to the theme a dialogue between art and humanized care, pointing to Art Therapy as an expressive therapeutic resource in the context of Integrative and Complementary Health Practices.
