Abstract

This article aims to reveal the sayings and actions of the academic production of members of a collaborative group focused on the training and professional integration of Early Childhood Education and Early Years teachers, pointing out the contributions of these actions to the transition from student life to teacher life. To this end, we retrieved, selected, read and analyzed the group's production generated between 2010 and 2012. The results indicate that the actions undertaken between 2010 and 2012 enabled the professional development of the teachers and future teachers who were part of it, generating contributions of a personal and academic nature, previously unthinkable. Among other things, this is due to the effort, dedication and commitment of the research group, which invested in its training processes and produced knowledge based on interaction/integration/immersion in the school.
